Orders

How do I place an order? Simply browse our store, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your shipping and payment information, then confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@blacklionmotorrow.com with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Will I receive an order confirmation? Yes. After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number, itemized summary, shipping address, and estimated delivery timeframe. If you don't see it within 30 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.


Shipping

Where do you ship? We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or certain remote areas.

How long does processing take? All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time on a business day are typically processed the same day.

How long is delivery? After shipment, standard delivery takes approximately 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier used.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is 100% FREE on all orders — no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden fees or surcharges.

How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package in real time.

What if my package is lost or damaged? Please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date with your order number, tracking number, and any relevant photos. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or full refund.


Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not currently accept cash, checks, money orders, or cryptocurrency.

Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, and we are fully PCI DSS compliant. Your payment information is handled exclusively by secure, industry-leading payment processors — we never store your full credit card number on our servers.

What currency are prices listed in? All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

Will I be charged any additional fees? No. We do not charge any processing fees, handling fees, or hidden charges. The only additional cost on your order will be applicable sales tax, which is calculated based on your shipping address.

My payment was declined. What should I do? Please verify your card details, ensure sufficient funds are available, and check with your bank for any holds or restrictions. If the issue persists, try an alternative payment method or contact us for assistance.


Refunds & Returns

Do you offer refunds? Yes. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. In general, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of return approval.

Is return shipping free? Yes. All return shipping is completely FREE. We provide prepaid return shipping labels at no cost to you.

When will I see the refund on my statement? Refunds typically appear within 10 business days after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.


Account & Privacy

Do I need an account to place an order? No, you may check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your information for faster checkout, and access your purchase history.

How is my personal information protected? We take your privacy seriously. All personal data collected through our store is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which implements robust security measures to safeguard your information.


Products

Are product images accurate? We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, colors or appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, and configuration. We do not guarantee that product appearance on your screen will be identical to the physical item.

Can products be discontinued without notice? Yes. Product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at our discretion.
